Student Services
Advice on all aspects of study organisation is provided by the Student Services. The service includes the Student Secretariat, Examinations Office and General Student Counselling. Advice from the Examinations Office covers all questions relating to examinations (e.g. registration and deregistration regulations, repeat examinations, acceptance of sick notes, advice on planned internal changes of degree programme, preparation of clearance certificates when changing universities, exmatriculation of graduates, etc.).
The general student counselling service offers advice and guidance if, for example, you are wondering
- whether you want to study at all,
- whether the degree programme you are planning or have started is the right one for you
- whether you can drop out of a degree programme you have already started and
- the possibility of changing degree programmes.

Academic Counselling
The Academic Counselling provides advice on all questions relating to the subject-specific requirements of your degree programme, such as
- programme-specific requirements,
- specific programme content (modules) and
- degrees and postgraduate programmes.

Family Service
The Family Service offers a wide range of information and practical support. The core of the service is family counselling. In addition to financial support options, the Family Service offers information on childcare options and provides information on the rights and obligations of student and working parents.

Equal Opportunities Office
