Online EURES Application Document Check Day 
(Registration deadline: 29 October 2025)

Would you like to present yourself professionally to your future employer? Are you currently in the application phase and have specific questions about your application documents? Have you seen an interesting job offer in our online job exchange or on the job board and intend to apply for it? Would you like to impress your dream companies, which you got to know at the ‘Onboarding’ or ‘Campus meet Company’ events, with professional application documents?

Then take advantage of our online application document check day on 3 November 2025 and get professional advice from our EURES advisors at the Employment Agency.

Possible consultation times (please click on the registration form!)

10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.

Here's how it works:

1. Please fill out the registration form and provide your telephone number and
  your degree programme (the consultation will take place online).

2. Please select your preferred consultation date in the registration form.

3. You will receive a registration confirmation from us by email, in which
  we will confirm your online consultation appointment with Mr Dorawa
  or Ms Rosch (following the automatic confirmation).

4. Once we have confirmed your appointment, please send
    your application documents (CV and cover letter)
    as a PDF document by 23:59 on 30 October 2025 at the latest to the
    email address that we will provide in the registration confirmation.
    
    IMPORTANT: Consultations can only take place if you provide a current and, if possible, complete
    CV! If you have no experience in creating a CV, you can use the Europass CV as a guide:

5. On the agreed date, you will meet with our EURES advisor
    in the virtual room for a consultation. In addition to professional feedback
    on your application documents, your questions about the
    application process will also be answered.
